📋 Description

• Define and execute a long-term offensive security roadmap aligned with business objectives and the evolving threat landscape.
• Lead Red Teaming, Threat Intelligence, and Threat Hunting initiatives with an AI-first mindset embedded across all activities.
• Oversee the planning and safe execution of realistic, multi-stage attack simulations (Red and Purple Team exercises) within FICO environments.
• Ensure the Red Team accurately emulates the Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) of relevant real-world threat actors.
• Drive the development of custom exploits, attack tools, and automation frameworks to bypass off-the-shelf security controls and uncover hidden vulnerabilities.
• Lead the collection, analysis, and targeted distribution of actionable intelligence on emerging cybercrime, espionage, and hacktivism.
• Leverage commercial and open-source intelligence feeds to predict how new vulnerabilities may impact FICO’s specific architecture.
• Manage a hypothesis-driven threat hunting program to identify silent failures in detection logic before they result in breaches.
• Analyze massive datasets from EDR, SIEM, and cloud logs to detect patterns indicative of advanced persistent threats (APTs).
• Use threat hunting findings to continuously tune and improve the efficacy of security tools including firewalls, XDR, and SOAR platforms.
• Partner with Blue Teams and engineering teams to translate offensive security findings into automated detection rules and architectural improvements.
• Maintain expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI security, and operating system internals to inform offensive strategies.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance the quality, speed, and productivity of offensive security operations.
• Mentor and develop high-performing, cross-functional technical teams in a dynamic, multifaceted management environment.
• Apply strong ethical judgment and adaptability during high-pressure security crises to guide team decisions and organizational responses.

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth experience in offensive security
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience as a Red Teamer
• Expertise in using AI tools for Red Teaming
• Deep understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI security, and operating system internals
• Demonstrated experience utilizing automation and AI to enhance the quality and productivity of offensive teams
