- • As Director, Office of the CEO at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for building and scaling the operational infrastructure that enables BJAK's regional growth across multiple countries, supporting the company's mission to create successful businesses while contributing positively to society through efficient application platforms.
- • Day to day, you will lead business operations across multiple countries, manage and develop a team of Business Operations Partners, oversee office setup and entity incorporation, implement payroll and employee onboarding processes, manage external vendors, support recruiting operations and hiring initiatives, plan and execute company events and team offsites, track cross-functional projects for timely delivery, identify operational bottlenecks, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to support business growth.
- • Bjak Sdn. Bhd. is a highly talented, ambitious team focused on engineering and product excellence within a flat organization, having built the first and leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia serving over 8 million users, and now expanding beyond insurance with AI-integrated, category-defining products globally.
- • In this role, you will learn to scale operations in high-growth environments, develop leadership skills managing cross-functional teams, gain deep expertise in multi-market entity establishment and compliance, and drive process improvements that increase organizational efficiency and scalability while working directly with the CEO’s office to shape strategic business outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Founder’s Office, Operations Management, or a similar role
- • Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- • Ability to manage competing priorities and execute with a high level of ownership
- • Comfortable working across HR, Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and administrative functions
- • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions independently
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
