  • • This pivotal role is instrumental in driving revenue through strategic leadership of a high-performing sales team, direct client consultations, and close collaboration with marketing to continuously expand consultation volume.
  • • The ideal candidate will uphold and enhance the stringent quality standards that foster client satisfaction and generate valuable referrals, ultimately leading to increased family engagement, improved student outcomes, and robust business growth.
  • • A primary responsibility is to develop and execute comprehensive strategies aimed at accelerating revenue growth for the 1:1 advising practice. This involves setting ambitious team goals, meticulously managing the sales pipeline, and implementing targeted improvements in conversion rates across all stages of the sales funnel.
  • • Continuous performance evaluation and agile tactical adjustments will be crucial to sustaining and amplifying growth momentum.
  • • The Director will serve as a player-coach, personally conducting sales consultations to secure new clients while embodying the consultative sales approach expected of the team.
  • • A significant part of the role involves building the team's capacity to effectively convert high-intent families into clients through ongoing coaching, constructive feedback, and rigorous call reviews.
  • • This leadership position entails the full spectrum of team management, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of admissions consultants.
  • • The objective is to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all client engagements and to cultivate a team culture characterized by accountability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • • A key focus will be on owning and elevating client satisfaction throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, from the initial consultation to the final application submission.
  • • This involves diligently monitoring client satisfaction metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement, implementing effective corrective actions, and ensuring clients consistently achieve outcomes that validate their investment.
  • • Maintaining exceptional engagement quality standards is paramount. This includes establishing and enforcing clear benchmarks for every client interaction, such as session structure, communication frequency, and the quality of deliverables.
  • • Regular case reviews will be conducted to ensure consultants consistently perform at the highest expected level.
  • • The role also involves actively growing consultation volume by developing and testing innovative tactics to increase the flow of qualified consultations into the pipeline.
  • • This includes implementing and optimizing referral programs, refining outreach strategies, and enhancing conversion rates.
  • • Successful strategies will be rapidly scaled, while underperforming tactics will be promptly discontinued.
  • • Close partnership with the marketing team is essential to align campaigns, content, and lead generation efforts with the realities of the sales funnel.
  • • The Director will provide critical frontline insights into prospective client responses and identify points of attrition in the lead nurturing process.
  • • Serving as the public face of Kaplan's 1:1 advising practice, the Director will lead webinars, participate in live events, and engage in speaking engagements to build brand credibility and generate demand.
  • • This role requires representing Kaplan's expertise in college admissions to students, families, and institutional partners, solidifying Kaplan's position as a thought leader in the field.
  • • The Director will leverage their understanding of the college admissions process, application timelines, and selective admissions strategies to guide both the team and clients effectively.
