📋 Description

• As Director, Partner Program Infrastructure, Commercial Line of Business at Pure Storage, you will own the operational foundation of Everpure’s global partner program, translating strategy into a scalable, enterprise-ready operating model that ensures consistent execution across systems, processes, and functions.
• You will drive end-to-end program operationalization by translating partner program strategy into executable plans, ensuring all program elements (tiers, incentives, competencies, lifecycle rules) are fully operationalized across tools and processes, serving as the single accountable owner for execution health, and providing leadership with clear updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
• You will align cross-functional teams including Channel Operations, Partner Experience, Partner Enablement, Marketing, Finance, IT, and the Global Partner Organization (GPO) to establish unified execution plans, drive prioritization across competing roadmaps, clarify ownership and accountability, and resolve structural gaps impacting program delivery.
• You will ensure system and operational readiness by validating program design accuracy in tools and workflows, confirming readiness across systems, documentation, enablement, and communications prior to launch, and driving consistency and simplification in program execution across all platforms.
• You will standardize execution across routes-to-market by ensuring consistent operationalization of program strategy across Reseller, Distribution, and MSP segments, partnering with segment strategy leaders to align requirements while maintaining a unified model, eliminating ambiguity between strategy and execution, and ensuring governance and program rules are uniformly applied.
• You will build execution visibility and accountability by developing executive-level dashboards and reporting on program execution, risks, and performance, tracking key metrics related to readiness, compliance, and operational health, and enabling faster, data-driven decision-making.
• You will operate primarily from the Santa Clara office as part of an in-office work environment, unless on approved leave, PTO, or work travel.
• You will bring significant experience in partner programs, channel operations, or go-to-market strategy within a technology company, proven experience driving enterprise-level cross-functional initiatives, and a track record of translating strategy into scalable operational execution.
• You will demonstrate strong understanding of partner program components including tiering, incentives, competencies, lifecycle management, and governance, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align VP-level leaders across functions.
• You will exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, synthesizing complex concepts into executive-level insights, operating effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, and showing high ownership, accountability, and bias for action.
