• • As the Director of Payments at Super.com, you will spearhead the strategic vision and operational execution for our global payments infrastructure, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of how our customers and partners engage with our services.

• • Serve as the company's primary subject matter expert on all things payments, offering insightful guidance and support to various internal departments, including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
• • Proactively identify opportunities to mitigate payment-related risks, developing and implementing robust new policies and procedures to strengthen control and governance frameworks.
• • **Cross-Functional Collaboration & Integration:**
• • Lead and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate payment solutions into existing and new business processes and systems.

• • Manage and nurture key relationships with global payment processors and financial partners, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring optimal performance.
