- • As the Director of Payments at Super.com, you will spearhead the strategic vision and operational execution for our global payments infrastructure, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of how our customers and partners engage with our services.

- • Serve as the company's primary subject matter expert on all things payments, offering insightful guidance and support to various internal departments, including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to mitigate payment-related risks, developing and implementing robust new policies and procedures to strengthen control and governance frameworks.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration & Integration:**
- • Lead and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate payment solutions into existing and new business processes and systems.
- • Drive initiatives that ensure our payment infrastructure is scalable, secure, and compliant with global regulations.
- • Work closely with product teams to influence the development of payment features that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
- • **Relationship Management:**
- • Manage and nurture key relationships with global payment processors and financial partners, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring optimal performance.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for external payment vendors, overseeing service level agreements and driving continuous improvement.
- • **Innovation & Future-Proofing:**
- • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes within the payments landscape, identifying opportunities for Super.com to innovate and maintain a competitive edge.
- • Drive the adoption of new payment methods and technologies that align with our business strategy and customer needs.
- • **Performance & Optimization:**
- • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the payments function, regularly analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- • Implement strategies to reduce payment friction, minimize fraud, and enhance the overall transaction success rate.
