- • Lead the end-to-end execution of HR Operations strategy, aligning systems, processes, and programs with company growth, scalability, and business priorities.
- • Own and optimize the HRIS ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, scalable architecture, seamless integrations, and a strong foundation for future growth.
- • Design and continuously improve scalable People processes and workflows across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, policies, and employee support.
- • Drive the evolution of People Operations through AI and automation, identifying emerging technologies to improve efficiency, insights, service delivery, and the employee experience.
- • Drive people analytics and reporting, translating data into actionable insights on engagement, retention, organizational health, and workforce planning.
- • Establish strong operational governance including compliance, audits, documentation standards, controls, and risk management practices.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Legal, Payroll, and business leaders to improve operational effectiveness and enable company scale.
- • Build and develop a high-impact operations team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence.
- • Serve as a systems thinker across the People organization, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale processes while reducing friction for employees, managers, and the People team.
- • Ensure operational rigor and consistency across all employee touchpoints to deliver a high-quality employee experience.
- • Maintain expertise in compliance, policies, and operational best practices across the employee lifecycle in a distributed, high-growth environment.
- • Translate data-driven insights into strategic actions that support workforce planning and organizational health initiatives.
- • Implement scalable HR processes in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a distributed workforce.
- • Champion innovation in HR operations by evaluating and integrating new technologies that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- • Maintain data integrity and system reliability across all HR technology platforms and integrations.
- • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- • Support the VP, Talent in shaping the strategic direction of the People function through operational excellence and scalable infrastructure.
- • Lead the design and implementation of automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy in HR operations.
- • Ensure all HR operations align with company values of accessibility, personalization, and wellness.
- • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by regularly assessing process effectiveness and implementing enhancements based on feedback and data.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience across HR Operations or People Operations, with increasing scope and leadership responsibility
- • Proven experience owning HRIS systems, people analytics, and operational infrastructure at scale
- • Strong track record of driving innovation and building scalable HR processes in high-growth, fast-paced and distributed environments
- • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- • High level of data fluency, with the ability to translate insights into action
- • Expertise in compliance, policies, and operational best practices across the employee lifecycle
