📋 Description

• The Director, Performance Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for driving long-term customer value, revenue growth, and partnership expansion across a portfolio of complex accounts at Concentrix, a global technology and services leader powering the world’s best brands.
• Day to day, the role involves owning executive-level client relationships, developing and executing multi-year account strategies focused on retention and expansion, leading contract negotiations and renewals, managing financial performance including revenue forecasting and margin optimization, and coaching and developing high-performing account management teams.

• In this role, the individual will learn to lead cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Product, IT, Delivery, and Finance teams, leverage data and CRM insights for strategic decision-making, scale intellectual capital across the organization, and develop executive presence and influencing skills while driving measurable business outcomes for clients and the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or equivalent experience preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in account management, customer success, or client leadership
• 10+ years leading complex, enterprise-level client relationships
• Proven experience managing large contracts, renewals, and negotiations
• Strong business acumen with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Expertise in CRM platforms (example: Salesforce), forecasting, and performance management
