- • The Director, Product Delivery leads Coates’ Product Delivery function and team, partnering closely with Product Discovery, Engineering, Delivery, and the client to translate prioritized feature requests into fully defined, development-ready solutions. This role is critical to ensuring that product concepts are transformed into actionable, high-quality deliverables that support efficient build, testing, and release execution.
- • Day to day, the Director oversees the Design and Refinement lifecycle phases, ensuring high-quality UI/UX designs, user stories, functional specifications, and technical solution definitions are produced. They are accountable for delivery readiness, downstream quality, and operational excellence across Product Owners, Technical Business Analysts, and Product Designers, while also ensuring these roles provide clear leadership and direction to Engineering and QA during Implementation, Testing & Release.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading product delivery or product management functions in a technology or software-driven environment
- • Strong background in overseeing UI/UX design, user story creation, functional specifications, and technical solution definition
- • Demonstrated ability to partner with Product Discovery, Engineering, and client teams to translate feature requests into development-ready solutions
- • Experience ensuring delivery readiness, downstream quality, and operational excellence across Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Design teams
- • Ability to provide leadership and direction to Engineering and QA during Implementation, Testing & Release lifecycles
- • Experience working in global markets with cross-functional, distributed teams
