Gracenote is seeking a Director, Product Management to spearhead the development and commercialization of our next-generation products powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), and advanced grounding technologies. - • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of innovative solutions that leverage the power of AI. You will report directly to Gracenote's SVP of Product and will be a key leader within our burgeoning Gracenote AI team, a significant growth vector for the company. Your contributions will directly influence our commercial strategy, product direction, and pricing models as we navigate the rapidly evolving technological landscape of AI in entertainment.
- • You will own the Gracenote LLM MCP roadmap, ensuring that our product offerings are not only technologically advanced but also commercially viable and strategically aligned with market demands. This involves a comprehensive understanding of the entertainment metadata industry and the transformative potential of language models within it.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to defining and delivering LLM and Grounding products and platforms that proactively address the evolving needs of the entertainment industry, with a particular emphasis on the Connected Television (CTV) space, including Video and Sports content.
- • You will lead and mentor a team of talented product managers, fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and collaboration. Your expertise will be crucial in harmonizing Gracenote's deep-seated knowledge of entertainment metadata with the rapidly advancing capabilities of language models, creating a powerful synergy.
- • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Commercial teams, as well as external partners. Your ability to evangelize and articulate Gracenote's AI vision and strategy will be essential in driving alignment and securing buy-in.
- • You will partner with Engineering colleagues to ensure development resources are effectively allocated and aligned with product priorities. This close collaboration will be critical in translating product vision into tangible, high-quality deliverables.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve direct engagement with customers. You will actively seek to understand their challenges, pain points, and unmet needs, ensuring that the products we build have strong commercial potential and deliver significant value.

- • You will play a critical role in defining the go-to-market strategy for new AI-powered products, working closely with the commercial teams to identify target markets, develop compelling value propositions, and establish effective pricing strategies.
