- • Lead and define the end-to-end product lifecycle for a dynamic portfolio of SaaS-based tax compliance and marketing technology solutions, driving strategic vision and execution from conception through to market success.
- • Translate complex business requirements, client needs, and market opportunities into a clear, actionable product strategy and a well-defined, prioritized roadmap that aligns with Ansira's overarching company objectives and revenue goals.
- • Champion a data-driven approach to product development and management, leveraging product analytics, client feedback, operational metrics, and AI-driven insights to continuously enhance user experience, optimize value delivery, and inform strategic decision-making.
- • Oversee and nurture a team of talented Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering a high-performing product organization through effective hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- • Drive portfolio-level prioritization and investment decisions, expertly navigating trade-offs across multiple products, markets, and customer segments based on rigorous data analysis, risk assessment, and strategic impact.
- • Cultivate and promote customer-centric product discovery practices, ensuring that product teams thoroughly validate problems and solutions with customers and internal stakeholders before scaling development efforts.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Architecture, Engineering, QA, UX, Sales, Client Services, Marketing, and Support, to ensure seamless integration, predictable delivery, and the creation of innovative, market-leading SaaS solutions.
- • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Agile leadership to align Program Increment objectives, effectively manage interdependencies, and guarantee high-quality, scalable product delivery within SAFe and other agile-at-scale frameworks.
- • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) at the portfolio level, using these insights to dynamically adjust product strategy, roadmap priorities, and investment allocations.
- • Shape and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services, developing effective launch plans and enablement programs to drive product adoption, customer expansion, and successful renewals.
- • Act as the primary executive-facing representative for the product portfolio, consistently presenting the product vision, roadmap updates, performance metrics, and strategic trade-off recommendations to senior leadership and key clients.
- • Establish, refine, and uphold best-in-class product management processes and standards, encompassing roadmap development, backlog management, agile discovery methodologies, and success measurement frameworks.
- • Ensure the effective utilization of Jira and other essential product management tools to maintain transparent portfolio visibility into progress, potential risks, and achieved outcomes across all teams and initiatives.
- • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance product discovery, streamline analysis, improve forecasting accuracy, and boost overall operational efficiency within the product development lifecycle.
- • Conduct thorough market and competitive assessments to anticipate emerging trends, uncover new growth opportunities, and guide strategic build, partner, or buy decisions across the entire product portfolio.
- • Uphold stringent standards for product usability, reliability, and quality, working hand-in-hand with UX, Engineering, and Operations to ensure excellence and compliance.
- • Lead organizational change initiatives, effectively influencing stakeholders, aligning diverse cross-functional teams, and building strong buy-in for the product and portfolio direction.
- • Balance the demands of near-term deliverables with the strategic imperative of long-term platform investments, making informed trade-offs even under significant constraints.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Ansira's product offerings in the domains of distributed channel marketing, marketing automation, e-commerce, and digital marketing, ensuring a competitive edge and superior customer value.
