• • Lead the MyPay product across workplace and direct-to-consumer experiences, defining long-term vision and driving growth within the Chime ecosystem.
• • Own and evolve product strategy, lead and develop a team of product managers, define long-term bets to increase engagement and retention, identify growth levers, partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations, navigate ambiguity, and translate company priorities into measurable outcomes.
