• • The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced product leader who has overseen a number of significant B2B product launches and has led product management teams.
• • The candidate should be highly comfortable in interfacing with enterprise customers and industry analysts in articulating the roadmap, company direction, and product benefits.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include interfacing across the company with engineering, documentation, sales, and sales engineering, marketing, tech support, professional services, and all other stakeholders.
• • The Director will own and drive the product roadmap, delivery, and strategy for the Secret Server / Vault product line.
• • The Director will run product teams responsible for the evolution of secrets management, credential rotation, session recording and control, and privileged account discovery, as well as bringing these capabilities onto the new cloud-native SaaS Platform.
• • The Director will ensure vault architecture decisions account for high availability and disaster recovery requirements at enterprise scale.
• • The Director will assess competitive market to identify key areas for investment.
• • The Director will define pricing and positioning for the products for SaaS delivery.
• • The Director will lead and mentor a product management team in agile development, ensuring clear and concise user stories and good hygiene in operation with design and engineering.
• • The Director will evangelize product line to internal teams, analysts, partners, and customers.
• • The Director will collaborate with engineering, design, user experience teams to build solutions with ease of use as a core principle.
• • The Director will build partnerships with strategic customers to identify future market opportunities for new or existing product lines.
• • The Director will support product marketing projects to build sales enablement and technical marketing materials.
• • The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of Product Management with a successful track record of launching new products and delivering B2B software or services.
• • The ideal candidate should have a technical bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• • The ideal candidate should have cybersecurity experience and understanding of attack techniques and security ecosystem.
• • The ideal candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• • The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SaaS product delivery.
• • The ideal candidate should have proven ability to research and develop product strategy.
• • The ideal candidate should have experience working collaboratively with engineering teams converting roadmap vision into product reality.
• • The ideal candidate should have experience with information security or related products.
• • The ideal candidate should have experience with secrets management, credential vaulting, or related security infrastructure.
• • The ideal candidate should have familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to credential storage (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP, HIPAA).
