- • Lead a team of Product Managers focused on Veeva RIM (Regulatory Information Management), setting strategic direction and owning the product roadmap for regulatory process efficiency solutions.
- • Define and communicate clear product strategy to internal stakeholders and external life sciences customers, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and customer needs.
- • Collaborate directly with engineering teams to translate product vision into technical requirements and deliver high-impact, scalable SaaS solutions.
- • Drive product innovation by identifying gaps in current regulatory workflows and designing solutions that streamline compliance, reduce time-to-market, and improve operational efficiency for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
- • Serve as the primary product advocate within the organization, influencing cross-functional priorities and securing alignment across sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering.
- • Conduct deep customer research and market analysis to inform product decisions, leveraging insights from life sciences industry experts and regulatory bodies.
- • Measure and report on product performance using key metrics tied to customer adoption, regulatory compliance outcomes, and operational efficiency gains.
- • Mentor and develop Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, customer-centricity, and rapid iteration aligned with Veeva’s values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed.
- • Partner with global regulatory affairs teams to ensure product features meet evolving FDA, EMA, and other international regulatory standards.
- • Represent Veeva RIM in customer-facing forums, industry events, and product demonstrations to build trust and gather feedback from key life sciences stakeholders.
- • Work within a Work Anywhere model, with flexibility to operate remotely or from the Boston office, supporting a distributed team across time zones.
- • Contribute to Veeva’s mission as a Public Benefit Corporation by ensuring product development advances both business success and societal impact in patient care.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with life sciences regulatory processes including submissions, inspections, labeling, and document management to guide product priorities effectively.
- • Balance short-term execution with long-term vision, prioritizing initiatives that deliver immediate customer value while building scalable platforms for future innovation.
- • Coordinate with product marketing to articulate product value propositions and support go-to-market strategies for new RIM features and releases.
- • Ensure product documentation, training materials, and support resources are aligned with release cycles and customer onboarding needs.

- • Proven experience leading a team of Product Managers in a SaaS environment
- • Deep understanding of life sciences regulatory processes (e.g., FDA, EMA) and regulatory information management systems
- • Demonstrated success in defining and executing product strategy for complex enterprise software
- • Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams to deliver technical solutions on schedule
- • Experience working with global life sciences customers and understanding their compliance challenges
- • Track record of driving product adoption and measurable operational efficiency improvements
