  • • Lead a team of Product Managers focused on Veeva RIM (Regulatory Information Management), setting strategic direction and owning the product roadmap for regulatory process efficiency solutions.
  • • Define and communicate product strategy to internal stakeholders and external customers across the life sciences industry, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and customer needs.
  • • Collaborate directly with engineering teams to translate product vision into technical specifications and deliver high-impact, scalable SaaS solutions.
  • • Drive product innovation by identifying opportunities to streamline regulatory submissions, compliance workflows, and global regulatory data management for pharmaceutical and biotech customers.
  • • Work closely with customer success, sales, and support teams to gather market feedback, prioritize feature development, and ensure product-market fit.
  • • Own end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation and prioritization through launch, adoption, and iteration based on customer usage and regulatory evolution.
  • • Serve as the primary product advocate within Veeva, representing RIM product goals to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • • Ensure product decisions align with Veeva’s core values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed.
  • • Leverage deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes (FDA, EMA, PMDA, etc.) to guide product design that meets complex compliance demands across multiple jurisdictions.
  • • Foster a high-performance product culture by mentoring Product Managers, setting clear goals, and promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • • Partner with legal, compliance, and quality assurance teams to ensure all product features adhere to industry regulations and internal governance standards.
  • • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technologies in regulatory technology to inform long-term product strategy and differentiation.
  • • Translate customer pain points into actionable product requirements, using data and qualitative insights to drive prioritization and resource allocation.
  • • Present product roadmaps and progress updates to senior leadership, customers, and partners with clarity and strategic context.
  • • Champion the use of Veeva’s industry cloud platform to deliver integrated, compliant, and scalable solutions that accelerate time-to-market for life sciences therapies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience leading a team of Product Managers in a SaaS environment
  • • Deep understanding of regulatory processes in the life sciences industry (e.g., FDA, EMA, global submissions)
  • • Demonstrated success in defining and executing product strategy for complex enterprise software
  • • Strong collaboration skills with engineering, customer success, and compliance teams
  • • Experience working with global regulatory data systems and compliance workflows
  • • Track record of delivering scalable cloud-based solutions to life sciences customers
