  • • Own the full product-marketing lifecycle for Garner’s flagship physician-performance platform, translating complex clinical data into crisp, buyer-centric narratives that accelerate enterprise sales cycles and cement Garner as the category leader in value-based care.
  • • Craft and continuously refine core positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for multiple market segments (self-insured employers, TPAs, health plans, and channel partners), ensuring every touchpoint—from website copy to sales decks—speaks directly to CFO, CHRO, and benefits-leader pain points.
  • • Launch new products and features at a quarterly cadence, orchestrating cross-functional “go-to-market squads” that include Product, Sales, Customer Success, Clinical, and Data Science to hit aggressive pipeline and adoption targets.
  • • Build and scale a high-performing product-marketing team (initially 3–5 PMMs) through coaching, clear goal-setting, and a culture of rapid experimentation; establish the operating model, KPIs, and rituals that allow the team to punch above its weight in a hyper-growth environment.
  • • Partner with Revenue Operations to instrument funnel analytics, attribution, and win-loss insights; translate data into actionable recommendations that improve close rates, deal velocity, and expansion revenue.
  • • Produce compelling enablement assets—battlecards, ROI calculators, demo videos, and vertical playbooks—that cut ramp time for new Account Executives and Solution Consultants by 30 % within the first year.
  • • Serve as the “voice of the customer” inside Product, synthesizing win-loss calls, NPS feedback, and market research into prioritized roadmap requirements that balance near-term revenue with long-term platform vision.
  • • Spearhead thought-leadership campaigns (whitepapers, webinars, conference keynotes) that position Garner executives as visionary experts on healthcare cost containment and physician quality measurement.
  • • Collaborate with Demand Generation to design integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline; optimize messaging across paid, earned, and owned channels to achieve CAC payback targets.
  • • Manage analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester, KLAS) and secure favorable coverage that shortens enterprise evaluation cycles and supports seven-figure deal pursuits.
  • • Establish pricing and packaging frameworks that capture value while remaining transparent and buyer-friendly; run annual pricing studies and A/B tests to maximize ARR without sacrificing adoption.
  • • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion both in team composition and in external storytelling, ensuring Garner’s marketing reflects the diverse workforce and patient populations we serve.
  • • Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and serve as a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team, contributing to quarterly board decks, annual planning, and culture-building initiatives.
  • • Maintain a relentless focus on measurable impact: pipeline sourced, win rates, NPS, and revenue influenced—celebrating wins loudly and iterating quickly when experiments miss the mark.
