- • ServiceTitan is seeking a highly strategic and analytical Director, Product Monetization & Commercialization to join our dynamic team. This pivotal individual contributor role is designed for someone passionate about aligning product innovation with effective monetization strategies and seamless go-to-market execution. You will be instrumental in shaping how our groundbreaking products deliver value to customers while driving significant revenue growth for the company.
- • As a key partner to the Vice President of Pricing and Packaging, Product leadership, and General Managers (GMs), you will apply a robust framework to meticulously evaluate new product innovations. Your insights will be crucial in shaping compelling business cases and defining sophisticated monetization models that not only maximize customer value but also accelerate revenue growth. You will delve into understanding customer willingness to pay, conduct thorough market and competitive research, and develop sophisticated financial models to assess monetization potential. Ultimately, you will guide the pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies that are essential for driving product adoption and ensuring profitability.
- • Your responsibilities will span across several critical areas. In Product Monetization Strategy, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to assess the monetization potential of new product initiatives and strategic investments. You will be the driving force behind customer willingness-to-pay research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence, using these insights to inform our pricing and value strategies. You will integrate monetization inputs and scenarios directly into product business cases, pitches, and investment reviews, ensuring that financial viability is a core consideration from the outset. Your role will involve translating complex data and market insights into clear, actionable monetization proposals, including detailed pricing models, value metrics, and packaging strategies. You will also work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and GMs to prioritize initiatives based on their monetization opportunity and strategic alignment with company goals.
- • In Commercialization & Launch Execution, you will be responsible for translating high-level monetization strategies into concrete, actionable commercialization plans and go-to-market strategies. You will partner with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Product Marketing to ensure operational readiness for new offerings, develop effective enablement programs, and guarantee consistent delivery of the commercial offer. You will actively support the creation of launch playbooks, conduct readiness assessments, and perform post-launch analysis to continuously optimize monetization outcomes and refine our strategies.
- • Your role as a Strategic Partner will involve close collaboration with the VP of Pricing and Packaging, Product leaders, and GMs to critically evaluate innovation business cases and pricing tradeoffs. You will provide essential monetization insights and sophisticated financial modeling to strengthen product pitches and inform critical investment decisions. You will also support executive and cross-functional reviews by presenting data-driven recommendations and compelling narratives that drive consensus and action.
- • Furthermore, you will champion Operational Excellence & Analytics. This includes ensuring that approved product monetization strategy recommendations are fully prepared for execution and a successful launch. You will continuously analyze pricing performance, design and run monetization experiments to improve price realization, adoption rates, and customer retention. Your analytical rigor will be key in delivering actionable insights and recommendations that drive continuous optimization of our monetization efforts across the product portfolio.
- • This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in product monetization, pricing strategy, or commercialization, particularly within the B2B SaaS or Fintech sectors. You should possess a strong ability to partner effectively with Product and Finance teams to develop robust monetization strategies and business cases. Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, coupled with experience in BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, are essential. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, billing, or pricing systems is highly desirable. Your ability to influence stakeholders, communicate complex ideas clearly, and craft compelling executive narratives will be critical to your success. You must be comfortable navigating and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments, adapting quickly to evolving market conditions and business priorities.
- • Preferred qualifications include experience in Fintech or payments, a solid understanding of pricing research methodologies such as conjoint analysis, elasticity modeling, or econometrics, and ideally an MBA or an advanced quantitative degree. Success in this role will be measured by the quality and impact of your monetization inputs on product business cases, the strength of monetization strategies implemented, the speed and success of new offering launches, improvements in price realization and margins, and the accuracy and consistency of pricing execution.
