- • The Director, Product Research & Insights leads strategic research initiatives to deepen understanding of user behavior, preferences, and motivations, directly informing product innovation and business strategy at Tinder, a global leader in social connection technology with over 630 million downloads and 97 billion matches.
- • Day to day, the role involves designing and executing mixed-methods research studies, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, translating insights into actionable product recommendations, collaborating with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams, and presenting findings to senior leadership to drive evidence-based decision-making.
- • Match Group, LLC is the parent company of Tinder and other leading dating platforms, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, continuous learning, agile problem-solving, and inclusive innovation across its global teams.
