- • Lead and scale Twilio’s North American Solution Engineering team as Director, Product Specialists (Solutions Engineering), driving customer success through technical leadership and strategic alignment with sales goals.
- • Oversee solution design, implementation, and technical validation for complex customer engagements, ensuring alignment with Twilio Segment’s capabilities and influencing product roadmap through customer advocacy.
- • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centric problem solving while mentoring high-performing technical teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver cohesive customer experiences and drive product enhancements based on market trends and technical excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in software engineering or solution architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing technical teams.
- • Strong technical background in software development, data platforms, and cloud technologies; familiarity with Twilio Segment’s technology stack is a plus.
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive-level stakeholders.
- • Proven ability to develop and execute technical strategies aligned with business objectives, including experience in pre-sales and post-sales environments.
- • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and grow high-performing technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- • Experience leading Solution Engineering or Product Specialist teams within a CPaaS, UCaaS, or Customer Data Platform company (desired).
