- • Ping Identity is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Professional Services to spearhead the growth and success of our services delivery business across the crucial Southern EMEA region. This pivotal role is designed for a leader who can ensure the highest quality of delivery execution, foster deep and collaborative partnerships with our Sales teams, and consistently drive predictable, profitable services engagements. Whether services are delivered directly by Ping Identity or through our valued partners, this Director will be accountable for the overall performance of the team, the ultimate success of our customers, and the sustained business growth within the region. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale, contributing to Ping Identity's mission of making digital experiences secure and seamless for all users, without compromise, embodying our core value of championing every identity and respecting individuality.
- • In this leadership position, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of critical functions. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Professional Services engagements, meticulously ensuring that all projects are completed within the defined scope, adhere to budget constraints, and are delivered on time. A key aspect of your role will involve serving as an executive sponsor for our most important accounts, cultivating robust, long-term customer relationships, and actively driving the realization of value from our solutions. You will work in close concert with our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Customer Experience (CX) teams to proactively diagnose potential issues, provide essential support for customer renewals, and effectively mitigate any delivery-related risks. Furthermore, you will partner closely with Sales and Solution Architects to meticulously shape compelling services proposals and define clear scopes of work that precisely align with our customers' strategic objectives. Your active participation in the sales cycle and strategic account planning will be instrumental in driving the Professional Services attach rate and achieving ambitious services bookings targets. You will also oversee the critical handoff process from sales to delivery, ensuring a seamless transition and meticulously planning for resource allocation and project initiation. In managing our partner co-delivery model, you will collaborate closely with partner teams on project execution, conduct rigorous quality assurance checks, and lead delivery reviews to maintain high standards. You will also play a key role in defining and enforcing consistent co-delivery practices and establishing clear escalation paths for partner-led or hybrid engagements. On the team leadership front, you will directly manage a high-caliber team of delivery consultants, project managers, and architects across the Southern EMEA region, focusing on driving utilization, customer satisfaction (CSAT), profit margins, and forecast accuracy. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team members, identifying and nurturing high performers, and cultivating a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
