📋 Description

• As Director, Program Management at Kyverna Therapeutics, you will provide expertise and leadership to advance the company’s novel engineered T cell therapies for autoimmune diseases, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Functional Heads to drive cross-functional alignment and execution of corporate and program goals.
• Day to day, you will translate program strategy into integrated development plans, guide programs through key milestones and decision points, drive execution against timelines and deliverables, facilitate team building and communication, and interact with the full range of functions within the rapidly growing company.
