- • Director of Provider Implementations at Stellar Health, leading the strategic evolution of the implementation function to support scalable growth and provider success in value-based care.
- • Day to day: Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Specialists; optimize workflows; partner with Network Growth, Product, and Provider Performance teams; define and track KPIs; design clinical workflows; resolve high-priority client escalations; and build data-driven operational strategy.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams in implementation, operations, or client success roles.
- • Strong systems-thinking ability to optimize workflows, close data gaps, and scale operational processes.
- • Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership, particularly bridging sales, product, and client success teams.
- • Experience designing clinical or operational workflows in healthcare or complex B2B environments.
- • Track record of using data to define KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and influence strategic decisions.
- • Ability to manage high-stakes client escalations at the executive level with strong communication and presence.
