- • As Director of Public Sales Theater Operations at Trellix, you will serve as a strategic business partner to senior sales leaders in the Public Sector (Fed/SLED/Healthcare), driving operational rigor, forecasting accuracy, and revenue predictability through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, HR, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- • You will enable informed decision-making by delivering financial analysis, performance dashboards, and QBR presentations; manage bookings forecasts using Clari and internal methodologies; drive pipeline coverage and hygiene; align territory quotas; manage compensation escalations; and optimize sales processes between field teams and corporate functions to maximize revenue and achieve mutual objectives.
- • You will lead the design and institutionalization of a sales management system that embeds GTM strategy through forecasting processes, KPIs, and cadence; define pipeline stages, forecast algorithms, and predictive modeling for pipeline, bookings, guided selling, and lead prioritization; ensure consistent KPI definitions across theaters; and leverage advanced tools to minimize spreadsheet dependency while diagnosing business risks and defining mitigation strategies.

- • You will develop deep expertise in Public Sector sales operations, mastering GTM strategy execution, predictive analytics, and sales performance management while leading teams of 5+ professionals; your success will be measured by consistent forecast delivery, business predictability, and year-over-year growth in Public Sector revenue through strategic operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience creating successful GTM strategies, overseeing forecasting, reporting, and driving analytics to position software solutions within large accounts, preferably in Public Sector (Fed/SLED/Healthcare) or enterprise software sales.
- • Proven expertise in Excel, SQL, Salesforce (SFDC), Clari, and project management methodologies or certifications; ability to leverage data assets to generate actionable insights and drive sales performance.
- • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments, lead cross-functional initiatives, motivate and lead sales/business development teams of 5+ people, and partner effectively with senior leaders to align quotas, manage compensation escalations, and optimize revenue processes.
