- • The Director of Renewals & Customer Success Operations leads and guides key operational activities across the Renewals and Customer Success teams, including annual planning, forecasting, business process optimization, and executive reporting and analytics.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading a high-performing team of operational leads, supporting weekly forecasts, driving cross-functional initiatives, implementing operational processes, delivering high-quality business intelligence to stakeholders (including executive team, FP&A, and Renewals and CS Leadership), and serving as a trusted adviser to the VP of Customer Success.
