- • The Director, Revenue Cycle - Home Health Care at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center leads revenue cycle operations for home health services, ensuring accurate billing, compliant coding, and effective charge capture while driving financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing revenue streams, managing denial resolution, overseeing project execution, directing performance management of staff, developing and monitoring departmental budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial and HR policies.
- • The role is part of the Home Health Billing Operations department at a nationally recognized pediatric healthcare leader consistently ranked among the top children's hospitals in the U.S. for clinical excellence, research funding, and workplace innovation.
- • The position offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence organizational financial strategy, develop leadership and talent management skills, and contribute to a mission-driven culture focused on improving children's health through innovation and equity.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in a related field
- • 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
- • Proven experience in revenue cycle management, billing, and coding within healthcare or home health settings
- • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, lead teams, and drive operational and financial performance
