- • As Director of Revenue Operations, GTM Systems at Wealth.com, you will own the systems, data, and automation layer that powers how the company acquires, converts, and retains clients, directly impacting revenue engine performance and scalability.
- • You will design and maintain the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, DealHub, Outreach, ChiliPiper/Qualified), build integrations and automations, deploy AI-native workflows, manage deal desk and pricing governance, and ensure Salesforce data integrity through reporting, hygiene, and attribution improvements.
- • You will join a certified Great Place to Work (2024) and Fast Company finalist for Best Workplaces for Innovators, working within a collaborative, innovative culture at a leading AI-powered wealth management platform experiencing rapid, sustainable growth.
- • You will develop strategic and technical expertise in revenue operations, AI workflow automation, GTM system architecture, and cross-functional leadership, with measurable impact on rep productivity, deal velocity, pricing consistency, and data trust within your first 90 days and beyond.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-8 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar function at a B2B SaaS company
- • Deep Salesforce proficiency including building reports, managing objects, and diagnosing data issues independently
- • Gong expertise including configuring trackers, building scorecards, and extracting deal and coaching intelligence
- • Demonstrated experience building automations and integrating systems across a multi-tool GTM stack
- • Strong communication skills to translate technical architecture for both sales reps and executives
- • Experience with DealHub, Outreach, ChiliPiper, and/or Qualified (preferred)
- • Background deploying AI-assisted workflows in a sales or revenue context (preferred)
- • Familiarity with BI tools such as Omni or Looker (preferred)
- • Experience in fintech or wealth management (preferred)
- • Track record of leading tool rollouts and driving adoption with sales teams (preferred)
