- • Own the North-American revenue engine for Wayleadr—the world’s #1 Parking Operating System trusted by OpenAI, Uber, eBay, Sanofi, Riot Games, L’Oréal and other Fortune 500 icons. You will personally carry a multi-million-dollar quota while architecting the playbook that scales us from $2.2 M to $9 M ARR by the end of 2026.
- • Hunt in a 90 % greenfield environment where most prospects still juggle spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and—yes—orange traffic cones. You will replace chaos with Wayleadr’s award-winning Arrival Ecosystem, transforming parking, EV-charging, carpooling and shuttle management into a seamless, sustainable experience.
- • Build and lead a lean, high-performing pod of three quota-carrying reps. Coach them on enterprise MEDDPIC qualification, multi-threaded selling, and value-based negotiation so every deal advances with velocity and predictability.
- • Design and execute a low-volume, high-customization outbound motion. Experiment with email, LinkedIn, targeted events, and warm referral loops to create a repeatable pipeline engine that keeps our logo wall growing.
- • Partner with Customer Success to turn delighted users into a systematic referral channel. Codify the hand-off, expansion, and renewal motions so net-revenue retention becomes a growth lever, not a fire drill.
- • Collaborate daily with Product and Engineering to vet feasibility of customer build requests, balance roadmap trade-offs, and ensure every promise made in the sales cycle can be delivered—and expanded—post-sale.
- • Establish rigorous forecasting hygiene. Own the weekly pipeline review, commit call, and board-ready metrics deck. Track ARR by rep, channel, and vertical; surface risks early; and celebrate wins loudly.
- • Evangelize Wayleadr at industry events, webinars, and customer advisory boards. Position yourself—and the company—as the definitive thought leader on sustainable, tech-enabled workplace mobility.
- • Within 24-36 months, transition into VP of Sales or CRO as the North-American business scales past $20 M ARR. Your fingerprints will be on every process, metric, and cultural norm that got us there.
