- • Conduct discovery calls and virtual demos that translate complex pharmaceutical science into clear ROI for clinicians—showing how personalized dosage forms, allergen-free bases, and novel delivery methods reduce side effects, improve adherence, and differentiate their practice.
- • Negotiate multi-year, high-value contracts ($25K–$250K ARR) that include tiered pricing, co-marketing funds, and exclusive formulary access; collaborate with legal and compliance to ensure every agreement meets FDA 503A/B and state board regulations.
- • Partner with Clinical Pharmacists and R&D to craft custom protocols for hormone optimization, dermatology, weight-management, and veterinary niches—turning each provider’s wish list into a billable SKU within 10 business days.
- • Orchestrate cross-functional launches with Marketing (provider-branded starter kits, lunch-and-learns, webinar series) and Operations (expedited first-fill kits, white-glove onboarding) to guarantee 90 % of new accounts place a second order within 30 days.
- • Monitor territory KPIs—new logos, monthly recurring revenue, average order value, churn, and NPS—presenting actionable insights to the VP of Growth every Monday; iterate scripts, battle cards, and objection-handling guides based on real-time feedback.
- • Champion the voice of the customer internally: surface product gaps, delivery pain points, and formulary requests to our Continuous Improvement Committee, then track resolution timelines to keep providers engaged and reduce escalations by 25 %.
- • Represent Strive at 8–10 national conferences annually (A4M, AMWC, VetMed) hosting booth talks, collecting leads, and securing keynote slots that position the company as the thought leader in personalized compounded care.
- • Mentor junior SDRs through call-shadowing, role-play sessions, and win-loss reviews; build a culture of radical candor and data-driven experimentation that lifts team quota attainment from 72 % to 90 % within two quarters.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends—biosimilar approvals, peptide regulations, GLP-1 shortages—translating market shifts into proactive sales plays and content that keeps our provider network educated and loyal.
- • Leverage marketing automation to run targeted email sequences, retargeting ads, and SMS drip campaigns that generate 30 % of your pipeline while you sleep; A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and send-times to continuously improve open and reply rates.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, pharma, or SaaS with a consistent track record of exceeding $750K annual quota
- • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving physicians, practice managers, and compliance officers
