🎯 Requirements
- • 5-10 years of experience in school district leadership or educational sales
- • Demonstrated credibility in Career and Technical Education (CTE), work-based learning, or district-level partnership ecosystems
- • Established relationships with district leaders, CTE directors, or workforce development leaders
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft district-aligned value propositions
- • Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping strategy, not just executing it
- • Willingness to travel up to 30% for conferences, partner meetings, and College Board engagements
