Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
• Own and scale Later’s global partnership ecosystem—this is a P&L-driving, board-level role that will define how the company grows through strategic alliances, channel programs, and co-sell motions across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Build and lead a high-performing partnerships organization (Channel, Tech Alliances, Strategic Accounts, and Partner Marketing) that currently touches 30 % of Later’s new ARR; your mandate is to triple that contribution within 36 months while maintaining best-in-class partner NPS (>70).
• Architect the 3-year partnership roadmap: identify whitespace in social-commerce, creator economy, and paid-media adjacencies; prioritize integrations, joint GTM plays, and revenue-share models; secure buy-in from C-suite, Product, and Finance to lock in multi-million-dollar commitments.
• Negotiate and close marquee agreements with top-tier social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube), leading agencies (WPP, Omnicom, Publicis), and key martech / data clouds (Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake) that expand Later’s addressable market and create defensible moats.
• Design a scalable channel program for VARs, SIs, and regional resellers—define tiering, enablement paths, deal-registration policies, and MDF budgets—so that partners can independently source, sell, and service Later’s full platform globally.
• Embed partnership KPIs across the company: align Sales comp plans to co-sell incentives, integrate partner-sourced pipeline into Salesforce, and create quarterly business reviews that keep exec sponsors accountable for joint success metrics.
• Spearhead co-innovation initiatives—API integrations, native app extensions, and data-sharing agreements—that turn Later into the “system of record” for social and influencer workflows, driving stickiness and reducing churn to <5 % annually.
• Champion partner-centric storytelling: collaborate with Marketing to produce case studies, webinars, and field events that showcase joint customer wins, generating 40 % of all enterprise leads by year two.
• Serve as executive sponsor for Later’s top 25 global partners; travel up to 30 % to close seven-figure enterprise contracts, open new regional offices, and represent Later at major industry conferences (CES, Cannes Lions, INBOUND).
• Instill a culture of experimentation—pilot new pricing models, marketplace concepts, and affiliate programs—while maintaining rigorous compliance with privacy, security, and brand-safety standards (SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA).
• Mentor and develop the next generation of partnership leaders; build succession plans so the organization can scale from 15 to 50+ professionals without diluting culture or execution velocity.
• Report directly to the CEO and present monthly to the Board on partnership revenue, pipeline coverage, integration milestones, and strategic risks; use data to secure incremental investment and influence product roadmap prioritization.
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years building and scaling global partnerships or channel programs in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role owning $50M+ partner-sourced ARR.
• Proven track record of negotiating complex, multi-year strategic alliances with major social platforms, agencies, or cloud ecosystems that materially expanded TAM and revenue.
• Deep fluency in SaaS metrics (ARR, NDR, CAC, LTV) and experience aligning cross-functional teams—Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance—around shared partnership KPIs.
• Demonstrated success building and leading distributed teams (20+ people) across North America, EMEA, and APAC while fostering inclusive, high-performance cultures.
• Nice-to-have: prior experience in social media, creator economy, or influencer marketing tech; existing C-level relationships at Meta, TikTok, Google, or large agency holding companies.
🏖️ Benefits
• Fully remote-first culture with quarterly off-sites in destinations like Lisbon, Mexico City, and Tokyo, plus an annual $2,000 travel stipend for personal trips.
• Competitive base salary + uncapped variable tied to partnership ARR growth, plus equity in a late-stage, high-growth company approaching IPO readiness.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage for you and dependents, plus a $1,200 annual wellness allowance and 16-week gender-neutral parental leave.
• 4-week paid sabbatical after four years, flexible PTO, and a $1,500 annual learning budget to attend conferences, pursue certifications, or enroll in executive education.
