- • As Director of Sales at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will lead the net-new, high-velocity sales organization in Denver, driving aggressive growth targets and building a performance-driven sales engine from the ground up. This role is critical to scaling Engine’s mission of transforming business travel through technology that personalizes, rewards, and simplifies corporate travel and spend management for over 20,000 companies and 1 million travelers annually.
- • You will be hands-on daily — analyzing sales data, coaching managers, refining pipeline health, and leading from the front on calls and the sales floor. Your responsibilities include establishing performance metrics, diagnosing issues through data-driven insights, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent deal flow to hit aggressive revenue goals.
- • You will join a fast-growing, cash-flow-positive fintech and travel platform backed by Telescope Partners, Blackstone, and Permira, recognized as a Deloitte Fast 500 company and a Built In Best Place to Work. Engine’s Denver-based sales headquarters operates in-office 5 days a week, fostering a collaborative, high-energy environment where leadership is demonstrated through active involvement.
- • In this role, you will develop and mentor sales managers, build a culture of accountability and excellence, champion strategic execution aligned with company goals, and grow your leadership impact in a high-growth startup environment — all while directly contributing to Engine’s vision of making business travel seamless, rewarding, and simple.
