  • • Lead end-to-end delivery performance for all offshore Salesforce engagements, ensuring execution quality, predictability, accountability, and alignment with commercial objectives and SOW commitments.
  • • Own delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent Salesforce projects, including core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), Revenue Cloud/CPQ/Billing, and multi-cloud implementations with integrations via REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
  • • Establish and enforce technical governance standards for architecture, secure development practices, code quality, QA rigor, release management, environment management, and documentation across all engagements.
  • • Design, mature, and scale Riveron’s offshore delivery model by defining team structures (COEs, specialization), onshore/offshore collaboration frameworks, capacity planning, and quality assurance processes.
  • • Build and lead high-performing offshore teams across development, architecture, QA, functional consulting, and DevOps, ensuring scaling does not compromise engineering standards, client trust, or delivery quality.
  • • Drive operational excellence through measurable KPIs, delivery scorecards, governance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing rework, improving forecast accuracy, and increasing utilization efficiency.
  • • Create and implement reusable delivery assets including AI-enabled capabilities, QA automation frameworks, integration patterns, deployment accelerators, industry-specific solution templates, and governance playbooks.
  • • Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues, leading rapid resolution, root-cause analysis, corrective action planning, and transparent communication to clients and onshore leadership.
  • • Partner closely with onshore pre-sales architects, engagement leaders, PMO, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless transition from deal close to delivery execution with strong governance and delivery readiness.
  • • Develop and mentor technical leads, architects, engineering managers, QA leaders, and delivery managers across the offshore organization, building succession plans and leadership bench strength.
  • • Drive hiring strategy and capability development aligned with pipeline demand, strategic growth priorities, and delivery quality expectations.
  • • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, engineering excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement through lunch-and-learns, technical guilds, code reviews, architecture forums, and delivery retrospectives.
  • • Oversee implementation of Riveron’s Salesforce delivery methodology, ensuring consistency in Agile practices, sprint planning, estimation, QA rigor, release management, change management, and reporting.
  • • Implement operational dashboards to track delivery health, defect rates, SLA adherence, client satisfaction, and team performance, establishing quality checkpoints throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • • Proactively identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, skill gaps, process inefficiencies, governance weaknesses, and operational risks to maintain high standards of execution and client satisfaction.
  • • Promote innovation by encouraging teams to contribute reusable solutions, process improvements, and technical advancements that strengthen the overall Salesforce practice and create long-term client value.
  • • Balance delivery excellence, commercial outcomes, team development, operational discipline, and client satisfaction while maintaining strict adherence to enterprise-grade engineering and security standards.
  • • Ensure all solutions are designed for long-term maintainability, scalability, security, and operational supportability with clear ownership of technical decisions including Flow vs Apex, data models, security architecture, and deployment strategies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 15+ years of Salesforce experience including large-scale program delivery and technical leadership
  • • 5+ years leading offshore delivery organizations or large distributed teams
  • • Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, data architecture, security, multi-cloud implementations, and integration frameworks (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, Boomi)
  • • Proven track record in building scalable delivery organizations, driving operational excellence, and managing delivery KPIs (margin, utilization, quality)
  • • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash), SDLC, release management, QA methodologies, and global onshore/offshore delivery models
  • • Ability to operate effectively at both executive (strategy, reporting) and ground level (technical execution, team leadership)
