Director, Site Analytics and Experimentation (Remote)

📋 Description

• • As Director of Site Analytics and Experimentation at ezCater, you will strategically own and elevate the company’s entire data-driven optimization ecosystem, serving as the central point of truth for user interaction understanding across discovery, conversion, fulfillment, and delivery. This role is critical to maximizing business outcomes through data science, experimentation, and customer-centric insights that directly impact revenue and user experience.
• • You will own end-to-end site analytics and performance trends, design and execute advanced statistical models, oversee A/B/n test interpretation, lead executive-level metric reviews, and mentor a high-performing team of Analysts and Data Scientists to generate predictive signals, diagnose friction points, and shape the end-to-end user journey.
• • You will partner deeply with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing leadership to define data strategy and institutionalize a culture of rigorous, data-informed decision-making across the organization, ensuring analytics drive measurable business impact.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in leading AI/ML integration for personalization and anomaly detection, master modern data stack tooling (SQL, Python/R, Snowflake, Eppo), and grow your leadership in data governance, experimentation frameworks, and cross-functional influence at the executive level—positioning you as a key architect of ezCater’s growth strategy.
