- • Naturium, a high-performance, biocompatible, and clinically-effective skincare brand, is seeking an experienced and visionary Director, Social Media & Community Management to spearhead its global social media strategy and cultivate a thriving online community. As Naturium continues its impressive expansion across the U.S., U.K., and E.U., this pivotal role will be instrumental in defining and amplifying the brand's digital presence and fostering deep connections with its discerning consumer base. The Director will be responsible for shaping Naturium's unique voice across all social platforms, nurturing authentic relationships with consumers, and building an engaged global skincare community that is grounded in education, trust, and cultural relevance.
- • This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a profound understanding of the social media landscape and its evolving role in brand building and consumer engagement. The Director will oversee the comprehensive social media strategy, guiding content direction, and spearheading community engagement initiatives. - • Defining and refining Naturium's brand voice and tone across all social media channels to ensure consistency, authenticity, and resonance with the target audience.
- • Overseeing the creation and curation of compelling, educational, and engaging content tailored for various social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook), ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and drives consumer interest.
- • Leading the strategy and execution of community management initiatives, fostering a positive, interactive, and supportive environment for Naturium's global audience.
- • Actively monitoring social media conversations, identifying trends, and leveraging insights to inform content strategy, product development, and marketing campaigns.
- • Building and nurturing relationships with key influencers, brand advocates, and community members to amplify brand reach and credibility.
- • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, PR, and E-commerce, to ensure integrated campaign execution and cohesive brand storytelling.
