📋 Description

• As Director of Solution Consultants at Nue, Inc., you will lead a team responsible for translating solution architecture into high-quality, executable implementations, ensuring that what is designed is built correctly, consistently, and at scale—critical to enabling predictable, high-quality delivery in a partner-led model.
• You will own the execution of solution design by ensuring implementations follow defined architecture, translating designs into configuration plans and build-ready requirements, leveraging AI to accelerate configuration and validation, and driving adoption of AI-assisted workflows to improve solution quality and scalability across internal and partner-led delivery.
• You will lead and scale a team of Solution Consultants by building, mentoring, and onboarding talent, establishing execution standards and training programs, partnering with Solutions Architects to clarify design intent, and collaborating with Field Engineering to validate complex technical implementations.
• You will act as a quality checkpoint for partner delivery by providing clear implementation guidance, reviewing configurations and deliverables, supporting partner teams on complex builds, and establishing QA frameworks and pre-go-live checks to reduce rework and post-go-live issues.
• You will join a fast-growing company focused on CPQ, Billing, and Quote-to-Cash systems, working in a hybrid, partner-led environment with global teams, where your expertise will directly impact delivery consistency, operational efficiency, and customer success at scale.
• You will have the opportunity to shape execution excellence, drive AI-powered process innovation, and grow as a leader in solution delivery—gaining deep influence over how technology is implemented and scaled across enterprise customers and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Implementation, or Delivery
• Proven experience leading Solution Consultants or configuration-focused teams
• Strong expertise in CPQ, Billing, and Quote-to-Cash systems
• Deep understanding of system configuration, data structures, and implementation workflows
• Experience working in partner-led or hybrid delivery environments
• Experience supporting global or offshore teams
