- • As Director, Stills, Private Bottlers Mexico at The Coca-Cola Company, you will lead strategic initiatives for the Stills portfolio across Mexico, supporting franchise operations and bottlers to drive category growth and market execution.
- • Day to day, you will manage weekly and monthly performance reporting for revenue, volume, share, and transactions; monitor Stills execution against objectives across channels; collaborate with bottling partners on commercial strategy; lead capability building and training efforts; coordinate bi-monthly planning processes; assess bottler capabilities using diagnostics; negotiate bottling and supply chain agreements; and serve as a subject matter expert across retail, foodservice, and FSOP channels.
- • You will join a global leader in beverages with over 139 years of heritage, operating in Mexico with a mission to refresh the world and make a difference through iconic brands and a purpose-driven culture focused on curiosity, empowerment, inclusion, and agility.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic leadership and negotiation skills, gain deep expertise in CPG commercial operations and franchise management, influence market outcomes through data-driven planning, and grow your impact by shaping category strategy for one of the world’s most recognized brands.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Management; Master’s degree preferred
- • 5+ years of experience in a CPG organization with direct sales, key account, or franchise management, including P&L responsibility
- • Proven experience as a Business Partner with direct bottler or manufacturing experience in the Food and Beverage industry, including capacity planning to meet customer demand
- • Demonstrated track record in annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management, and delivering positive revenue results
- • Strong relationship building, strategic leadership, negotiation, and influencing abilities in an entrepreneurial environment
- • Understanding of channel marketing, syndicated research, competitive analysis, and how to apply insights to drive sales
