📋 Description

• The Operations Manager - Payment role at Binance is critical to ensuring the smooth, secure, and efficient processing of payment operations across Binance’s global ecosystem, directly supporting the company’s mission to advance financial freedom through blockchain innovation.
• Day to day, the role involves overseeing payment processing workflows, monitoring transaction integrity, coordinating with cross-functional teams (including compliance, engineering, and customer support), identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal risk controls in the Brazil and LATAM markets.
• Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem operating the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and user base, trusted by over 300 million users across 100+ countries. The company provides a comprehensive suite of services including trading, finance, payments, institutional solutions, Web3 features, education, and research, all built on blockchain technology to foster an inclusive financial system.
• In this role, the individual will gain deep expertise in global payment systems within the crypto industry, develop leadership skills in cross-border operations, enhance their understanding of regulatory compliance in fintech, and contribute to scaling Binance’s payment infrastructure in emerging markets — positioning them for advancement into senior operations or product leadership roles within the fintech and blockchain space.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in payment operations, financial services, or fintech operations management
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems, reconciliation, and settlement processes
• Experience working in regulated financial environments or with compliance frameworks (AML/KYC)
• Ability to analyze operational data and drive process improvements
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
