- • 10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs to advance next-generation intelligent models, seeking senior operations executives based in the EU or UK to improve the authenticity and depth of AI-driven business solutions.
- • The role offers the opportunity to apply senior operational expertise in a tech-driven environment, directly influence AI systems that support operational leadership, and gain experience in shaping how AI understands complex business operations through structured onboarding and access to an in-house AI Academy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level operations executive (VP, COO, or department lead) with substantial experience in the EU or UK

- • Comfortable working independently and offering constructive feedback
