📋 Description

• VP Operations - AI Trainer is a freelance role focused on enhancing AI models' understanding of operational excellence by reviewing and improving AI-generated content related to operations strategy, process optimization, and organizational effectiveness.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating AI outputs for realistic operational reasoning, developing real-world operational scenarios from professional experience, creating scenario variations from different leadership perspectives, and identifying gaps in AI-generated operational content to ensure alignment with best practices.
• 10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs to advance next-generation intelligent models, seeking senior operations executives based in the EU or UK to improve the authenticity and depth of AI-driven business solutions.
• The role offers the opportunity to apply senior operational expertise in a tech-driven environment, directly influence AI systems that support operational leadership, and gain experience in shaping how AI understands complex business operations through structured onboarding and access to an in-house AI Academy.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level operations executive (VP, COO, or department lead) with substantial experience in the EU or UK
• Highly familiar with leading large operations, optimizing processes, and driving organizational performance
• Skilled in assessing operational health, team dynamics, and execution efficacy
• Comfortable working independently and offering constructive feedback
• Available 8–20 hours per week with consistent communication
