- • The Patient Access Scheduling Agent serves as the front door for patients to secure timely access to appropriate care, playing a critical role in ensuring patients receive the right services from the right provider at the right time.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling incoming and outbound phone calls to schedule appointments across multiple clinics and campuses, collecting patient demographics and insurance information, securing medical records from external providers, scheduling in-office procedures, and prioritizing visits to optimize clinical workflows and patient experience.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • English speaking, reading, and writing proficiency
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
