📋 Description

• The Operations Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Binance’s mission to build an inclusive financial ecosystem by ensuring operational excellence across key functions in Latin America. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of Binance’s services in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Day to day, the analyst will monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workflow optimization, prepare operational reports, and assist in the implementation of standard operating procedures to enhance service delivery and user experience.
• Binance is a global leader in blockchain and cryptocurrency, trusted by over 300 million users across 100+ countries. The company operates at the forefront of financial innovation, offering a comprehensive suite of services including trading, DeFi, Web3, payments, and institutional solutions, all powered by cutting-edge blockchain technology.
• In this role, the analyst will develop advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, gain deep exposure to global crypto operations, and build expertise in process optimization and cross-functional project coordination. 🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or process improvement
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
• Experience working in fast-paced, tech-driven environments
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
