- • As a Principal GTM Systems Manager at Outreach Corporation, you will play a critical role in translating go-to-market strategy into scalable, reliable systems that power revenue operations across sales, finance, deal desk, order management, enablement, and business systems.
- • Day to day, you will own the execution, reliability, optimization, and scalability of the revenue technology stack, ensuring seamless operations between sales and customer success teams to support efficient revenue execution, accurate reporting, and high rep productivity.
- • You will work within the Revenue Operations organization at Outreach, a leader in agentic AI for revenue teams, collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, Enablement, and Business Systems to drive key initiatives such as implementing new quoting systems and improving data flows that power AI-driven go-to-market plays.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to architect and orchestrate complex systems, data flows, and automation while gaining deep exposure to enterprise-scale revenue technology ecosystems and influencing how AI is operationalized across global revenue teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business systems with a focus on GTM technology stack management
- • Strong ability to architect, orchestrate, and optimize systems, data flows, and automation across complex enterprise environments
- • Experience leading or contributing to the implementation of new systems such as quoting platforms or data integration initiatives that support AI-driven sales motions
