  • • The Senior Supplier Fulfillment Leader at GE Aerospace is a critical individual contributor role focused on ensuring the reliable, timely, and cost-effective delivery of composites parts and components from key suppliers, directly supporting military and commercial spares operations and overall supply chain resilience.
  • • Day to day, the role involves developing and executing supplier fulfillment strategies, monitoring performance metrics (on-time delivery, quality, lead times, cost), identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, collaborating with sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams, driving continuous improvement through lean methodologies and technology, managing supplier escalations, mentoring team members on standard work and reporting systems (AMT), and preparing performance reports for senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • • Minimum of 5 years of Sourcing & Sourcing Initiatives experience or other relevant technical experience
  • • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, 25-50%, as required
