- • Design and drive enterprise-wide data intelligence initiatives across the Surety organization using tools like Power BI to centralize insights and enable data-driven decision-making.
- • Analyze production trends, portfolio performance, and agency segmentation to deliver actionable insights that inform underwriting, business development, and operational strategies.
- • Develop, standardize, and maintain consistent Surety messaging, positioning, and content frameworks for agent and broker materials, ensuring alignment between field and home office communications.
- • Create thought leadership content and marketing materials that enhance market positioning and improve ease of doing business with the Surety division.
- • Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve turnaround times through automation and best practices.
- • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives tied to business priorities, translating leadership direction into executable plans with measurable outcomes and execution discipline.
- • Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams—including underwriting, operations, and marketing—without formal authority to align priorities and drive organizational change.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing data-backed recommendations and strategic guidance that enhance competitive positioning and operational effectiveness.
- • Operate as a senior individual contributor with high autonomy, leading projects and initiatives rather than managing large teams, while maintaining enterprise-wide impact across the Surety organization.
- • Ensure consistent adoption of data analytics, standardized content, and process improvements across all levels of the Surety business unit to achieve key success indicators including improved decision-making, efficiency gains, and messaging consistency.
- • Monitor and report on key success metrics such as increased use of data in decision-making, measurable operational efficiency gains, and enhanced market-facing content consistency.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in surety, insurance, or financial services
- • Proven experience in analytics, marketing, or operations
- • Strong understanding of the surety distribution model
- • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
- • Experience with data tools (e.g., Power BI) and process improvement methodologies
- • US Work Authorization required; no visa sponsorship available
