- • Lead enterprise-level supply chain network modeling and scenario planning across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution functions.
- • Partner with business units to identify and evaluate optimization opportunities including regional consolidation, nearshoring, dual sourcing, and distribution center placement.
- • Support execution of business unit network optimization projects by providing strategic guidance and analytical support.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to BU supply chain leaders, translating business strategy into actionable network design implications.
- • Align cross-functional stakeholders around recommendations that balance service levels, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation.
- • Develop enterprise-wide playbooks, frameworks, and tools to standardize and sustain network decision-making processes.
- • Establish and implement enterprise structure, standard processes, and governance for network optimization projects from ideation to closure.
- • Serve as a connector across the organization to facilitate knowledge sharing, best practice exchange, and capability building among global teams.
- • Monitor global trends including logistics markets, geopolitical risks, and capacity shifts to proactively identify strategic network risks and opportunities.
- • Drive data-driven decision-making by applying advanced analytical and modeling techniques to optimize supply chain footprint and performance.
- • Influence outcomes across geographies and functions in a matrixed environment through strong leadership and persuasive communication.
- • Communicate complex analytical insights clearly and persuasively to executive and operational audiences through both oral and written mediums.
- • Demonstrate a bias for action by cutting through ambiguity, seeking clarity, and driving forward initiatives despite complexity.
- • Maintain deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain functions including sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
- • Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation projects with global or multi-region network optimization experience.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- • 10+ years of experience in supply chain network strategy, operations consulting, or enterprise supply chain roles
- • Proficiency in advanced analytical and modeling tools such as LLamasoft (Coupa)
- • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to influence across functions, geographies, and levels
- • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain functions (sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, distribution)
- • Experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation projects and global supply chain or multi-region network optimization
