  • • Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for executive and key roles within Sales and Shared Services across Meriton’s multi-brand operating companies.
  • • Serve as a player-coach, balancing hands-on recruitment with leadership of a small, high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • • Implement recruiting best practices to attract and retain top talent while building and strengthening Meriton’s employer brand.
  • • Analyze job requirements and conduct market research to develop innovative, targeted recruitment initiatives aligned with business growth objectives.
  • • Develop and execute comprehensive hiring plans that support workforce planning and organizational expansion.
  • • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with applicable employment laws and maintain consistent, auditable processes.
  • • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates to drive process optimization.
  • • Manage and optimize Talent Acquisition systems and digital tools to accelerate hiring efficiency and improve candidate experience.
  • • Partner directly with C-suite and senior leadership to deliver data-driven hiring insights for critical executive roles.
  • • Collaborate with Sales and Shared Services leaders to understand department-specific hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • • Work closely with Marketing and Communications to enhance employer branding through events, digital campaigns, and targeted outreach.
  • • Deliver a red-carpet candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a seamless end-to-end hiring process.
  • • Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all interactions, particularly with sensitive or high-level candidates.
  • • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all organizational levels and external stakeholders.
  • • Adapt quickly to ambiguous situations and pivot recruitment strategies to meet evolving business needs without compromising quality.
  • • Mentor and coach team members, serving as a positive example and fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • • Travel nationally to support recruitment efforts at Meriton’s operating companies and attend industry events or hiring fairs.
  • • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, communication, and recruitment analytics.
  • • Uphold all company policies, including the Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct, ensuring ethical and legal conduct in all activities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • • 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • • Demonstrated success in executive recruitment and scaling recruitment in a high-growth environment
  • • Experience managing high-performing teams locally and remotely
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • • Prior experience in HVAC, construction, or related industry preferred
