- • Own the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy, execution, and performance across the entire organization to support Vultr’s hypergrowth phase.
- • Build and scale a high-performing global recruiting organization encompassing outbound sourcing, inbound recruiting, recruiting operations, and coordination functions.
- • Drive a sourcing-led hiring strategy focused on increasing passive candidate penetration and improving hiring quality across all corporate roles.
- • Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring demand, prioritize open requisitions, and align recruiting capacity with evolving business needs.
- • Establish, track, and optimize recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, time-to-first-qualified candidate, pipeline health, sourcing conversion rates, and overall hiring output.
- • Design and maintain recruiting operations infrastructure including ATS, reporting dashboards, workflows, and data systems to enable scalable, data-driven hiring decisions.
- • Improve recruiter productivity and efficiency through process optimization, tooling implementation, and operational model enhancements.
- • Develop and implement strong hiring manager engagement practices to accelerate decision-making, improve hiring quality, and ensure consistency across teams.
- • Oversee recruiting operations to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and adherence to operational rigor across all hiring activities.
- • Lead workforce planning initiatives in close collaboration with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align talent acquisition with strategic business goals.
- • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team of at least 15+ members, with continued growth expected.
- • Continuously enhance the candidate experience and strengthen Vultr’s employer brand perception in key global talent markets.
- • Manage recruitment for technical and operational roles, with a strong emphasis on cloud infrastructure, engineering, and data center-related talent.
- • Utilize modern ATS platforms (Ashby strongly preferred) and recruiting analytics tools to drive performance and insights.
- • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution to ensure both long-term scalability and day-to-day hiring effectiveness.
- • Communicate clearly and influence senior leadership on talent strategy, workforce planning, and hiring prioritization in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- • Maintain compliance with U.S. privacy regulations and applicable employment laws, including handling applicant data responsibly and in accordance with Vultr’s Privacy Policy.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including leadership of recruiting teams in high-growth environments
- • Proven experience scaling recruiting functions supporting high-volume technical and operational hiring
- • Strong experience leading recruiting organizations across both inbound and sourcing-led models, with a bias toward designing and scaling sourcing-first hiring systems
- • Experience managing multi-layer recruiting teams (recruiters, sourcers, recruiting ops, coordinators)
- • Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, and workforce planning
- • Experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby strongly preferred) and recruiting analytics tools
