📋 Description
- • Lead end-to-end recruiting operations across the full hiring lifecycle, designing and maintaining processes, SLAs, and operational standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams
- • Own and optimize the Talent Acquisition technology stack, including ATS adoption, data integrity, and system integrations to drive efficiency and scalability
- • Manage all TA vendor relationships—including job boards, sourcing tools, background check providers, and staffing partners—with accountability for contract negotiations, performance, and budget oversight
- • Build and scale proactive talent sourcing capabilities across priority hiring segments, leveraging offshore sourcing teams as a cost-effective complement to domestic recruitment
- • Design and deliver recruiter and hiring manager enablement programs, including training, playbooks, and toolkits to improve hiring quality and consistency
- • Provide strategic direction and oversight for the Employer Brand function, expanding Hims & Hers’ presence across career site content, candidate communications, and digital channels
- • Define, own, and report on Talent Acquisition analytics, translating pipeline, source, and efficiency data into actionable insights for the TA team and senior leadership
- • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team spanning operations, coordination, sourcing, and employer brand, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, and business leaders to align TA operations with organizational goals and compliance requirements
- • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting systems and workflows to support rapid company growth in a distributed, remote-first environment
- • Ensure all TA operations comply with fair chance hiring laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance, and California Fair Chance Act
- • Maintain data-driven decision-making culture by establishing clear metrics, reporting dashboards, and feedback loops to evaluate TA performance and impact
- • Oversee budget allocation and financial accountability for all TA-related vendor spend and operational expenses
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices by embedding ethical standards and belonging into every stage of the talent acquisition process
- • Serve as a strategic partner to the VP, Talent in shaping the long-term vision and execution roadmap for the Talent Acquisition function
- • Ensure seamless coordination between recruiting operations and other HR functions to support organizational scaling and workforce planning
- • Maintain compliance with all applicable state and local employment laws, including those related to background checks, disability accommodations, and privacy
- • Lead the implementation of employer brand initiatives that reflect Hims & Hers’ mission to normalize health and wellness challenges and make better health outcomes accessible
- • Monitor and improve candidate experience metrics across touchpoints, from application to offer acceptance
- • Scale recruitment infrastructure to support rapid growth while maintaining operational excellence and candidate-centric standards
- • Align TA technology investments with business priorities and ensure seamless integration with HRIS and other enterprise systems
- • Promote a culture of innovation by testing new sourcing techniques, automation tools, and process improvements to stay ahead in a competitive talent market
