  • • Day to day, the Director will build and convert a strong pipeline of prospective business partners (40% of focus), ensuring alignment with program needs through targeted outreach, compelling messaging, and trust-building with diverse business leaders. They will manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from initial contact to confirmed participation, while maintaining timely, professional communication to sustain momentum and reduce friction.
