• • We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Director of Technical Program Management (TPM) to spearhead critical, cross-functional technical initiatives. This pivotal role will accelerate innovation across Kaseya's extensive product lines by fostering seamless alignment between engineering, product management, security, operations, customer success, and go-to-market teams. The ideal candidate will ensure predictable, high-quality delivery within a complex, rapidly expanding, and global organization.

• • **Technical Program Leadership:** You will own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-quarter programs, with a focus on areas such as cyber security, IT automation, cyber resilience, and platform modernization. This involves meticulously defining program scope, identifying and managing technical dependencies, establishing realistic timelines, and architecting robust execution frameworks in close collaboration with engineering and architecture teams.
• • You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining program governance, developing comprehensive program dashboards, setting and tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and implementing effective reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and clear communication for executives and global teams.
• • **Cross-Functional Alignment:** A key aspect of this role is fostering strong partnerships. You will work closely with Product Management to translate high-level business priorities into actionable technical plans that are meticulously aligned with Kaseya’s overarching product roadmap. This ensures that our technical efforts directly support strategic business objectives.
• • You will partner with Engineering leaders to define scalable architectures, standardize delivery workflows, and strategize cross-product integration, ensuring coherence and efficiency across our diverse technology stack. This collaboration is crucial for maintaining a unified and robust platform.
• • Collaboration extends to Security, Cloud Operations, Compliance, and Support teams. You will work hand-in-hand with these departments to guarantee that all releases are secure, reliable, compliant with industry standards, and fully prepared for seamless customer adoption. This holistic approach ensures product quality and customer satisfaction.
• • Furthermore, you will coordinate closely with M&A integration teams to ensure the rapid and effective alignment of newly acquired products into Kaseya’s existing platform ecosystem, maintaining momentum and synergy in our growth trajectory.
• • **Team Leadership & Development:** This role involves leading, growing, and mentoring a team of Technical Program Managers distributed across global offices.
