- • As Director of Technical Project Management and Delivery Lead, you will lead the Technical Project Management Team in Germany, driving the successful delivery of international projects that blend creativity and technology to shape human experiences for global brands.
- • You will plan and manage team activities, support professional development, implement performance improvement strategies, and provide regular reporting on team and delivery performance.
- • You will assist in recruiting new team members and partners, lead interdisciplinary project teams including developers, AI engineers, and UX/UI designers, and manage complex digital and AI projects from pitch to delivery.
- • You will analyze project inquiries for feasibility and efficiency, support the development of AI-driven solutions, and contribute to the strategic growth of the business unit in collaboration with leadership.
- • You will work in a values-driven, inclusive environment that champions collaboration, innovation, and bringing your whole self to work, supported by the global resources of Infosys.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager in an agency or services environment
- • Proven experience in team leadership and development, including mentoring and performance management
- • Strong client relations and consulting skills, with experience scaling digital processes
- • Excellent coordination of complex digital, AI, and development projects, including leading interdisciplinary teams
- • Familiarity with standard project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce
- • Fluency in German and strong English language skills
