Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this pivotal role is instrumental in shaping an exceptional employee experience by spearheading the strategy and execution of our global compensation and benefits programs.   • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and execute a comprehensive global Total Rewards strategy that is intrinsically aligned with overarching business objectives, critical talent needs, and prevailing market competitiveness.
  • • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of compensation and benefits professionals, ensuring operational excellence and fostering strong, collaborative partnerships across the entire organization.
  • • Oversee the meticulous design, seamless implementation, and diligent administration of competitive, compliant, and impactful compensation and benefits programs.
  • • Manage all facets of compensation, including the development and maintenance of a robust job architecture, sophisticated salary structures, performance-driven bonus plans, compelling long-term incentive programs, and meaningful recognition initiatives.
  • • Spearhead executive compensation programs, providing critical support to the Board Compensation Committee and ensuring robust compensation governance, including effective coordination with external compensation consultants.
  • • Drive the global benefits strategy, encompassing plan design, strategic vendor management, and proactive cost optimization efforts.
  • • Lead rigorous pay equity reviews, conduct thorough internal equity assessments, and ensure strict compliance with evolving pay transparency regulations and requirements.
  • • Build and manage the annual Total Rewards roadmap, meticulously planning program updates, cyclical processes, and essential policy enhancements.
  • • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership on matters of compensation philosophy, critical pay decisions, job architecture refinement, incentive plan design, and benefits optimization strategies.
  • • Oversee and direct rewards analytics, including comprehensive benchmarking, strategic survey participation, detailed workforce cost modeling, and the generation of actionable insights reporting.
  • • Collaborate closely with the Finance department on budgeting, forecasting, and sophisticated financial modeling for all rewards programs.
  • • Manage and optimize Total Rewards technology solutions, such as Workday Advanced Compensation and market pricing tools, ensuring accurate configuration, driving automation, and championing continuous improvement.
  • • Identify, champion, and implement innovative AI-driven tools and solutions that streamline Total Rewards processes, enhance analytical capabilities, and elevate the overall employee experience, fostering a culture of curiosity and ongoing learning.
  • • Develop and execute strategic communication plans designed to promote transparency and deepen employee understanding of compensation and benefits programs.
  • • Ensure all compensation and benefits practices adhere strictly to local and international labor laws, relevant regulatory requirements, and established internal governance standards.
  • • Proactively stay abreast of global rewards trends, emerging regulatory changes, and evolving best practices, recommending and implementing improvements and innovations to maintain our competitive edge.
